Rockford MANUFACTURING fACILITY

150,000 SqFt manufacturing facility in Rockford, Illinois. Complementing our main manufacturing facility is a separate training facility and large steel storage facility. The main plant is fully air-conditioned and is very clean and organized.

Room to Grow
This facility is located on 30 acres, which will allow for future growth when needed.

Heading
Slidematic's heading capabilities include single and multi-die equipment. Our size ranges are generally (but not limited to) .030 up to 1.625" diameters with lengths up to 13".

Rolling
Our shop contains a variety of different thread rolling machines. This allows us to accommodate almost any type of part.

CNC
Our growing CNC department is used to complete many parts after first creating the net shape on a cold header.  There are more benifits to this than you think!   Click here to learn more.

Drilling/Secondaries
We "add value" by offering these additional operations: Cross drilling, End drilling, Tapping, Shaving, Grinding, Machining, Assembling, Polybagging and More.

Rockford warehouse

Our Rockford warehouse is 55,000 SqFt and is used to store your parts until you need them.   All parts are tracked by lot number allowing us to know exactly where all parts are at all times. All parts are removed FIFO (First In First Out).

Tupelo Warehouse

Our Tupelo Mississippi warehouse is used to warehouse parts for our customers in the southern states.   This helps keep your trucking costs to a minimum.
