Slidematic has always been pro-technology.   Our systems are very versatile and can be modified quickly to get your custom program up and running.   We are also very fast at making changes for your companies ever changing system improvement initiatives.

Slidematic is pro-EDI.  EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is the direct, application-to-application transmission of business documents such as purchase orders, invoices, planning reports, remittance advice and many others.   If you can send your data this way, we do not have to re-enter it into our system thus reducing the delays and errors that accompany manual processing.   

EDI Alternatives - If your company does not have a full blown EDI system, Slidematic has developed many alternatives to EDI:

• We can work with you to exchange data via the Internet.
• We can accept Spreadsheets, Text files, XML files, etc...
• We can allow you direct access to our system.
• We can email or fax reports to you.
• We can use your companies FTP site.

Slidematic Quality Certification System.   If your company requires material, heat treat or plating certifications, we have a completely automated system to handle this.   We will email you electronic certs the night of your shipment.  What are the benifits of this?

• You do not have to re-scan the certs into your system
• You can be assured that every shipment will get the proper certs, to the proper person.
• No lost or un-readable paperwork.

Automatic Reporting System.   Slidematic has a full line of reports to aid you in your daily fastener purchasing. These reports are automatically generated and EMAILED to you at any interval you desire. Do you need a report that we don't have? We can customize any reports to your specific requirements - usually in a day or two! Reports can be FAXED instead of emailed upon request.   Sample list of reports

Bar Coding.  Slidematic can accommodate any type of bar code requirements you may have. All products are shipped with a default AIAG format.
