Precision Screw Machining Complimenting Our Cold Headed Manufacturing Solutions

Upon the 2016 acquisition of Seward Screw Products Inc. – a premium screw machining and custom-turned parts company, Slidematic became more flexible to meet our customers’ needs.

The purchase has strengthened both our companies by aligning our manufacturing services, diversifying our capabilities and collaborating our commitment to uphold best practices throughout the production process.

This acquisition has added to both Slidematic’s and Seward’s capabilities to create industry-leading value for our diverse range of quality-focused customers.

“The completion of this acquisition is an exciting time for all of us; we have the ability to take two privately held organizations with similar histories and direction – bring them together, learn from one another and continue to drive increased value to our customers. The processes these two companies have complement each other and we look forward to what lies ahead,”

-Randy Baker, President of Slidematic.

Seward Screw Products Inc. is now known as Seward Screw LLC and will remain in its home of Seward, IL, where it has been supporting customers for over 60 years with premium screw machining, CNC, Rotary Transfer, Assembly and custom production solutions.
